After spending 15+ years in industry serving in various Training, Human Resources, Organizational Development and Lean roles for 3 very large corporations, I am embarking on a consulting career.  My speciality is Leadership/Management Development.  To date, have personally taught courses/workshops for > 10,000 people.  I have been researching the various works of the late Elliot Jaques and would like to work with firms who are interested in applying his concepts/theories.
