A decorated 13-year Armed Forces veteran, he served during the first Gulf War, and had tours of duty in Germany, Spain, and Turkey. His last position was as an Air Force First Sergeant - top enlisted position -- for the largest Air Force squadron in Germany.

Kevin's corporate background includes senior executive roles in human resources, operations and general management for multiple Fortune 1000 and privately-held firms. Company profiles and industries include technology, manufacturing, professional services, construction, not for profit and biopharmaceutical. Additionally, he has had extensive experience with investor-led and Private Equity firms.
He's a sought-after speaker, invited to present, "Contingency Retention: Keeping the Key Employee," at the Winning the War for Talent: Recruiting and Retaining Employees conference held in San Francisco, and "Motivation & Performance Incentives: Creating Star Performers," at the Customer Care Summit in Las Vegas. His presentation for the International Zinc Association, "Human Resources - a Global Focus," was lauded as the best presentation during the 5-day international executive event, Zinc College in Golden, Colorado.
Kevin's credentials are commensurate with his work with executive teams: Undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and active member and/or Compensation Strategy Advisor for multiple Boards of Directors. Kevin and his family live just north of Houston, in Spring, Texas.
