Most recently, as the senior consultant on Carlson Companies' organizational development team, Joe led the performance management program and Human Resources Balanced Scorecard planning initiatives for the enterprise. He worked directly with senior management to strategize and implement effective initiatives and measures including goal setting, action-based metrics, and operational level process changes for long-term sustainability and efficiency. Joe holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.
