Jocelyn Hawkes is the Editorial Manager at Fast Company. She graduated with a B.A. in theater design and management from Brooklyn College. While working as the Operations Manager for Strategic Domain, an interactive e-marketing agency, she became interested in magazine publishing through her husband, Ian, who is a production manager at another publication.
