Jen Hanson founded Realsight to help companies improve their innovation success rates and ROI. Her passion for getting below surface meanings and making discoveries based upon people's everyday behaviors drives Realsight's truly new innovation approaches.
Jen has led innovation strategies and solutions behind many successful new products, as well as developing licensing, joint ventures and acquisition agreements. Before starting Realsight, Jen worked as a member of New Platforms Innovation at PepsiCo Inc., working to create new product categories for its beverage portfolio. Prior to Pepsi, Jen was part of the Innovation team at Diageo, and also worked in several innovation management positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. She started her career as a statistical consultant for analytics companies working in consumer goods, financial services and health care industries.
An avid outdoors women, Jen can usually be found hiking in the mountains or cycling on long distance journeys when she's not working with clients or speaking to innovation professionals.
Jen has an MBA from New York University and a BA in statistics from Mount Holyoke College.
