Director of a social business which renders profit from software development to international activism for economic development and the elimiation of poverty. We began in 1997 from a white paper describing an alternative form of capitalism and entered the UK as a profit for social purpose business in 2004. Our work targets Eastern Europe, leveraging a microfinance bank project in Russia 2001-2005 in the Tomsk Initiative. A proposal delivered in 2003 for the repatriated Tatars of Crimea was a landmark in the development of "Smart Power" strategies. We began research on the 'Marshall Plan' project for Ukraine back in 2004 which was delivered to Ukraine & US govt in Nov 2006 From our advocacy on childrcare reform. Ukraine has raised the allowance for in country adoption and acknowledged the need for 400 rehab centres for disabled children.
