Jay is a health care professional trained in Family Systems Theory. His perspective examines work systems as a family system with the inherent balances and binds encountered by all of humanity, not just the work system. He enjoys exploring the abstract aspects of systems at the practical level and reframing them in terms of how to achieve optimum performance. He has been married for nearly 30 years to a Career Army Officer, has one son who is studying to be a film maker, and one grandson. He enjoys taking long walks on the beach, swimming, and most outdoor sports, He enjoys abstract throught and creative writing.
