Jason Rzepka is vice president of public affairs at MTV. His charge is to engage and activate America’s youth on the biggest challenges facing their generation. He is responsible for the strategic direction of MTV’s social campaigns, including the Peabody-winning It’s Your (Sex) Life, with the Kaiser Family Foundation, which has reached more than 200 million young people on sexual health issues. Rzepka regularly addresses audiences and serves as a resource on issues including youth mobilization, social media for social change, cyberbullying, sexting and sexual health. He’s been a featured speaker at the United Nations, United States Congress, International AIDS Conference, and the Council on Foundations Family Philanthropy Conference, among others. Before his current role, he served as the head of communications at the PopTech Institute, a renowned social innovation incubator seeking solutions to some of the world's most intractable social challenges. Rzepka holds a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
