I have worked in the Customer Relationship Management field for over 20 years with additional work in Website Management and Export Documentation. My focus now is to become more fundamentally knowledgeable on such subjects as e-CRM, E-Business Strategies and Change Management. As Coordinator for the group, my hope is to help build stromg relationships with the Dayton members and local business interest groups to help spur the winds of better business thinking through open discussions and joint event participation.
