Throughout his career, Ivan Mladenovic has always been interested in developing businesses. His experience various fields, including technology, branding, sales, and management, have prepared him to assist others in getting new ventures off the ground, or improving existing enterprise by applying the latest trends and technologies. Mladenovic began his career at the age of 15, writing a business plan for a computer consulting and management company, The IT Group. Throughout high school and college, he developed The IT Group to service the technology needs of several law firms, medical offices, and other local businesses. After graduating from the University of Miami, Mladenovic’s passion for the arts took him to Los Angeles in 2006, where he worked alongside top Hollywood talent and literary agents at the prestigious Paradigm Agency. His rigorous work ethic and no excuses attitude earned him an important role in advising the company on better ways to promote employee growth. His experience at The Paradigm Agency would lead him to his ultimate calling, professional business development. Together with his father, Mladenovic formed a business development and consulting film in August of 2008, The M Companies, LLC. Over the past year, the company has not stopped growing, acquiring several clients ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to established local and international businesses. The company’s mission is to help companies grow by offering new opportunities through strategic relationships. Business development involves evaluating a business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service. For a sound company able to withstand competitors, business development never stops but is an ongoing process. Mladenovic is an active member of the Latin Builders Association, Builders Association of South Florida, Jay Molina International Trade Consortium, and serves as an advisor to numerous business organizations. In addition, he is spearheading a new concept in professional networking, a project branded as THE CIRCLE. The group has drawn a number of Miami’s top professional to join together, and aiding recent grads, as well as starting companies, grow through group mentorship. Mladenovic speak 3 languages, is an avid basketball fan, andlives in South Florida.
