I have recently completed an MBA at Nottingham Business School. I am in the process of carrying out research and writing a business plan for a business venture I intend to launch in 2005/06. I have identified a niche in the market for a fresh source of vitamins and plan to open a shop selling food and juices. It is an exciting time and I welcome the opportunity to speak with others who have set up their own businesses, particularly in retail.
