Ihave a diverse business background in warehouse management, sales, marketing, testing/assessment professional, training, organizational development and now, small business owner. I also teach as an adjunct professor in a University MBA program. I am interested in helping companies move employees from the bricks and mortar office to working at home. The benefits are many: lower employee costs, increase in ROI, more engaged employees, wider labor pool, and more. My passion is offering companies the opportunity to move forward to new business models, streamlining operations and engaging employees to be more productive. www.movingbeyondthebricks.com beth@movingbeyondthebricks.com I am on the board of directions on the Project Homeless Connect Omaha not-for-profit organization. We coordinate an annual event in which the homeless population can come to a "one-stop-shop" to obtain a multitude of services: housing; medical/dental/vision/immunizations and other healthcare services; legal, VA, shelters, employment, and counseling. The event has grown from 300 people receiving assistance in 2008 to over 500 in 2009.
