Delia runs Bonfilio Design – a graphic arts studio that provides innovative solutions in branding, print collateral, packaging, and on the web. Launched in 1998, the studio was founded on her passion for visual communication and flair for graphic design. Bonfilio offers clients the intimacy of principal driven creative direction. Every project taken on at the studio is guided by her expertise and professionalism.Since graduating with honors from Pratt Institute in 1992, Delia worked as a senior design for News Communications (a company who owned 14 NYC newspapers during her tenure), and then as an Art Director for Jobson Publishing. There she was responsible for redesigning and producing a monthly magazine, and developing a look for a new quarterly. Shortly after leaving Jobson, she launched Bonfilio Design with her sister Selena, from a studio in Union Square. A year later, they were honored by Mayor Giuliani's selection of their NYC2000 logo for the City of New York – used in all of the Millennium celebrations throughout the year. At the end of 2001, the studio moved to its current space on Fifth Avenue, as the business expanded to provide a full spectrum of design and consulting services. Since then, the studio has developed designs for a wide range of clients including Godiva Chocolatier, Pepsi, Jose Cuervo, Rizzoli Publications, NY Road Runners Club, and Dan Klores Communications. Bonfilio also donates time and design services to Animal Haven and Animal Care & Control of NYC.
