Dave Gardner is a management consultant, speaker, blogger and author based in Silicon Valley. He's been in the front row for the birth and evolution of Silicon Valley, the innovation capital of the world. Since 1992, Gardner & Associates Consulting has focused on accelerating growth through change. His clients include very large corporations and a number of start-ups and small and medium businesses. He holds a BA from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is a member of Santa Clara University College of Arts and Sciences Leadership Board. Dave has been inducted into the Million Dollar Consulting® Hall of Fame and is a member of Dell’s Customer Advisory Panel.
