Dan’s career began in Madison, Wisconsin working with businesses such as Menards and Michael’s Frozen Custard, providing him experience in both sales and leadership development, and marketing. In 2001, Dan joined Lands’ End, continuing his work in the areas of leadership and team development. In 2005, Dan formed “InVision”, an organization designed to assist businesses in forming the traits necessary to achieve extraordinary success through its strategy, its people and its marketing.
