Private, Consulting industryAt the start of my career I managed sales teams for two mid-sized American companies. I soon set national sales records and at the same time gained recognition for my sales training and development programs. At Kroy, I received national sales branch awards for leading the San Francisco office. Later at UEC (United Energy Corporation), I created training programs and conducted workshops for over 200 people in the Western U.S. Regional distribution network as Regional Sales Manager. From 1986 until late 1989 I led my own sales consultancy and was nationally recognized for my efforts and achievements in sales development and performance. In 1990 I "migrated" to Europe and worked as a free lance learning consultant with the Siemens AG 1993 where I designed, developed and delivered intercultural management and communication workshops in Germany, England and France.
In 1994 I founded what is today N Vision Learning Solutions. I have led international management programs in Austria, Great Britain, France, Germany, Holland, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, Switzerland and the USA. Over the past two decades I have trained, coached or consulted nearly 10,000 people from over 40 nationalities.
Today my focus areas are strategic and executive leadership development, coaching global teams where results truly make a difference and sales leadership initiatives.
In my role as Managing Director of N Vision I am leading a team of international leadership experts. In 2007 we designed and delivered leadership and management learning solutions in 9 countries. More than 1500 "global players," representing 29 organizations from 48 different nationalities joined us to improve their leadership and management skills.
