I was raised in Bismarck, North Dakota where I met my best friend and wife in high school. We married while in college. After graduate school, my wife and I moved to Washington State where I was a commodity trader. In 1998, after the birth of our first born, we moved back to North Dakota. For two years, I worked in Economic Development for the state of North Dakota. While working for state government, I realized that I am constitutionally unemployable. In 2000, my wife and I brought a son into the world. In 2000, I quit my perfectly stable government job to pursue my passion. My first "stop" was an elearning startup called Warehouse Intellect where I served as VP of Business Development. I also dabbled with other startup ventures where I shared my expertise. Since September 4, 2001, I have pursued my dream of helping ordinary people and companies become extraordinary through my passion called, The Rainmaker Group, Inc. My life's calling is to help others reach their full potential at work and at home.
