Vice President, Newfangled Web Factory

I work with the CEO, President and CTO to manage staff, support and guide the project management team, develop the company's strategic approach, and to establish standards and documentation for training and professional development.

I also and oversee our Resourcing program, including the creation of timekeeping, measuring, pricing and scheduling systems, and the planning of project production schedules and budgets.
