For 10 years now I have successfully worked in the online recruitment industry with my first business, AllCountyJobs.com LLC.

Recruiting is evolving and the next generation workforce is on the way up. New social media tools such as blogs, podcasts and social networks are becoming recruitment platforms. Those companies who begin seeding their social media strategies now will be better prepared to recruit the "iPod" generation when the time comes.
