For more than 15 years, Cali Williams Yost and her consulting firm, the Flex+Strategy Group/Work+Life Fit, Inc. have increased corporate profits and growth by making work+life flexibility, or flexibility in how, when and where work is doing and life is managed, part of the culture and day-to-day operating model.

She believes that if organizations and individuals want to tackle today's global opportunities and challenges, then the coordinated execution of day-to-day flexibility, flextime, telework, compressed workweeks, reduced schedules, etc. is a strategic imperative.

Author of the critically-acclaimed, Work+Life: Finding the Fit That's Right for You (Riverhead/Penguin Group, 2004), the first "how to" guide that helps individuals manage their work+life fit in a way that meets their needs and the needs of the business.

Former banker and honors graduate of Columbia Business School. First became aware of the power of strategic work+life flexibility in the early 90's as the manager of a commercial lending group in New York City.
