               Organizational Learning: More than five years of experience training and planning events for diverse age groups, ethnicities, and nationalities in fortune 500 environments and nonprofit settings, development of a multi-channel training and development program that appeals to multiple learning styles, and development and administration of e-learning programs and Learning Management System (LMS) that save thousands of dollars in training costs annually.              Leadership:  Led of a team of call center associates at Sprint to meet or exceed all performance expectations and applied numerous HR best practices, including team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management and evaluation.  In addition, Brian has educated hundreds of Sprint and Lincoln Financial Group managers and Muhlenberg College alumni on how to become better leaders through the consistent application of coaching, conflict resolution, and team building techniques              Human Resources:  Management Delaware Investments’ new employee orientation program for more than five years and completion of an MBA in Human Resources Management at Temple University, in which he has studied strategic HR issues including recruiting and selection, aligning performance management and compensation with organization strategy, conducting organizational assessments, and complying with employment laws.
