Bio

I have a 20+year track record of catalyzing positive change for people and organizations. Built on a solid foundation of managing people, processes and services, I have coached and consulted to numerous Fortune 500 companies since 1999. My past corporate experiences include leading a nationwide organization as a Director for Charles Schwab.

With an undergraduate degree in Classics and master’s in Organizational Psychology, I bring inquiry and rigor to bear in my client relationships. As a Leadership Coach at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, I challenge and support emerging leaders to develop influence, communication and leadership skills.

I integrate life experiences as a leader, mother, competitive athlete, volunteer, adventurer, learning junkie and human being in my work.

"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. We must learn to see the world anew. There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle." Albert Einstein
