Work - I am a continuous improvement professional with multiple years experience in manufacturing, primarily the automotive industry. I've applied quality methods, lean manufacturing tools & techniques, six sigma methods and constrain management. I have been a corporate trainer, traveling around the US teaching people how to apply the methods noted above. Personal - I am a married father of five boys ranging in ages 25 to 2 years. We live in a small community in SE Michigan, close enough to Detroit and Toledo, Ohio. Interests - baseball, golf, old coins, antique radios, my gardens to name a few

In my last role as a Lean Program Manager I was hired to specifically help a plant in South Carolina implement lean manufacturing methods. Once that assignment was over I was a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Logistics team in World Headquarters were I assisted with process improvements, standard work development, lean/six sigma training and mentored Six Sigma Green Belt candidates.
Previous roles had me doing similar implementation and support efforts as described above.
