Bill Baker is principal of BB&Co Strategic Storytelling. BB&Co helps leaders bring
about focused change to their brands, businesses and people, using strategic storytelling
to not only set a vision for that change, but also to align and unlock the human energy
needed to make that vision a reality.
Bill has keynoted at and presented to a variety of conferences and events worldwide,
inspiring leaders, employees and members of organizations such as Relais & Châteaux,
NBC Universal, Travel Alberta, Coca-Cola, GE, Canadian Coaching Association,
Canadian Sponsorship Forum, International Council of Shopping Centers and many
others. He also provides ongoing leadership training for executives of Fortune 500
Most previously, Bill was the Chief Strategic Officer of branding agency Envisioning +
Storytelling (E+S). Prior to E+S, Bill was part of the Global Strategic Planning Group at
DDB Worldwide and worked in the New York offices of multinational agencies Saatchi
& Saatchi and Grey.
A U.S. native who currently lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia, Bill is a
magna cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College and attended both the Sorbonne in Paris
and Albert Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany. When not absorbed in work, Bill
spends his time doing cliché Vancouver things like skiing and rooting for the Canucks
as well as playing his piano. He also is involved with Streetohome, an organization
dedicated to ending homelessness.
