As an Entrepreneur, Social Media Strategist, Branding Expert and an emerging Life Coach, Benjamin Gregory Aggrey is the Founder and CEO of Effusion Motivate. Effusion Motivate is an attitudinal/behavioral life coaching firm focusing on re-energizing young people through capacity building programs to bring about transformational change.
Benjamin has a gift of carving a vision, cracking a code for it and organizing people to realize the vision. Still in school, he has taken a leap to start his own company, Effusion Motivate. He and his team successfully organized an international entrepreneurial summit WOMAN 2.1 Summit which attracted hundreds of students from various tertiary institutions in the country and individuals from various corporate organizations in different parts of Ghana.
One of his mentors, Lisa Johnson, Founder/CEO of Reach Group Consulting, USA describes Benjamin as “a stock in Apple computers, he is a good investment…he has very viable ideas and of course he has already shown he can put very actionable blocks beneath them”.
With an enormous presence on Facebook, Twitter and topped ranked on Google search, he is set to use the internet and social media to create highly successful community of young business professionals where ideas and resources can be shared. Benjamin Gregory keeping his finger on the throb of what’s new, what’s important, and what’s coming.
He believes that Africa stand on a threshold of a major transformation and it will demand young people all across the continent brace the challenge of making Africa a giant economic force in the twenty first century. His long term goals include developing Effusion Motivate to be a centre of intelligence for young entrepreneurs in Africa and connect their businesses to the other businesses through the creation of enduring global partnerships.
Benjamin Gregory Aggrey is currently a final year student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi where he pursues Bsc. in Chemistry.
