My name is Adisa Banjoko. My pen name is The Bishop of Hip-Hop. I am a Biz Dev guy for www.chesspark.com (I'm probably playing there or at www.wuchess.com right now). Where technology meets the streets, there I am. I also serve as CEO for the Hip-Hop Chess Federation. The (HHCF)is the worlds first non-profit fusing music, chess and martial arts to promote unity, strategy and non-violence. The HHCF hosts celebrity chess benefits where underserved youth play chess for educational scholarships and engage cultural icons from various backgrounds. By blending logic and art we pave new paths to greatness for American youth. I speak at universities on urabn issues and history. I have lectured on urban culture trends at Harvard, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Williams Collage, Dickinson College and Brown Univesity among others. Mixed martial arts is also a passion of mine. My first MMA article ran in 1998 in Maxim. I've also been a music director for several Brazilian jiu jitsu DVD's. Check out 101 Submissions Vol. 2 and 3 at www.onthemat.com . They showcase some of the worlds best grapplers doing what they do best. On the PR tip, I've been at several startups in the Silicon Valley. I love it here. I've also done PR for variosu rap related projects like DJ QBerts Wave Twisters: The Movie when it was at Sundance. I've had an equally beautiful and bizzare life. Come kick it here and I'll share it with you. Holla at a scholar, Adisa Banjoko www.hiphopchessfederation.org
