Aaron Bare was the founding member and director of JobingTV, a division of Jobing.com. From his experience of building a multi-million dollar business in less than 2 years, he decided to launch CareerTours, and quickly made it the fastest growing internet recruiting resource in the United States. Aaron has built a career in creating ideas and then marketing and selling them. He is also the CEO of the Nationals Association of Sales Professionals, the world’s largest Sales Professional Organization. His adventure with CareerTours has taken him far into exploring the world of recruiting and bringing it back to his Sales Background. In Aaron's Entrepreneurial past, he has built and developed a Recruiting Company, Cultural Assessment Company, TV Show, Consulting Firm & Several Internet Companies. Prior to that, Aaron was a consultant with Accenture and registered representative with the Vanguard Group’s elite Flagship division. In his experience with Accenture, he created the customer interface that the Walgreens photo department still uses today. He has a Masters from Indiana University and has participated in Executive Education at Harvard, Columbia and Stanford Universities.
