Denise Hall is “The Entrepreneurial Mother” who focuses on making Life! work via performance improvement and development. She has been doing so most of her life really, but officially since 1988. She holds a genuine value in improving the human condition - through innovation; through the ability to frame issues; through asking the Real questions; through facilitating the journey and growth; and through gaining the trust, the essence of the relationship that leads to such movement.
She has extensive management consulting expertise and exposure in a range of industries , and has worked in all states of Australia, and in New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the USA. She has contributed in a variety of ways; snapshots of which include communicating 'self managed teams' methodology in the head data capture centre of the ANZ Bank, installing MOS (management operating systems) with the afternoon shift in an 8km underground coal mine in Mudgee NSW, and establishing resource planning for a convenience store chain in mid west USA.
With this wealth of experience, Denise made the rather smooth leap in terms of her latest role - as Executive Director – Business for aCE talentNET Pty Ltd . This role in turn continues to add significantly to her entrepreneurial business and consulting skills. Her involvement with aCE talentNET came about, initially, as a result of her company, aCE Resources (established in 1996) looking for its next stage in growth, and subsequently joining forces with now fellow director Deirdre Gruiters. Together, aCE talentNET has grown and continues to grow to new heights.
On a personal level, Denise is an adventurer by spirit. She has travelled extensively to many parts of the globe, and has experienced much “life altering growth” as a result. In her view, one cannot be separated from the other.
Life is to be lived to the fullest, and Denise sees it as her responsibility to do just that.
It's not about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself! Its about making Life! work
