Nick lives in Urbandale Iowa , has four children and has been married for 17 years to his wife Dana. He works with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI), IASP, SHRM, Quad Cities Development Group, San Diego Workforce Development, and is an on-call consultant to the Department of Labor and Iowa Workforce Development.
