Hajj E. Flemings, founder of The Brand YU Life, LLC. is a dynamic, energetic speaker, author, and transformational trainer who connects with his audience to challenge people to reach their hidden potential. His mission is to be a voice that inspires, drives, and compels others to greatness, enabling people, businesses, and brands to create their signature. The Brand YU Life, LLC. specializes in personal and corporate brand management training, seminars, and consultations. Hajj’s message on personal brand management is a universal one that translates gender, race, age, religion, and politics. He takes the time old concept of branding, turns it 180 deg, and changes the lens from a consumer to a producer’s vantage point. He travels nationally enabling people to convert their fears into fuel for their passion and their brand. Some of his branded customers include the Ford NAACP Youth Summit, BlackEnterprise.com, and Davidson College to name a few.
Hajj took his creative nature and passion to develop a graphic design company, Broken Chains Design Group (BCDG). His clientele includes Skechers Footwear, George C. Fraser, and various universities and churches. BCDG’s creations have been featured in GQ, Men’s Health, Details, and Slam magazines.
Hajj, a collegiate basketball player turned adjunct lecturer at his alma mater Michigan Technological University (MTU), wrote the personal brand management curriculum and teaches from his book, ‘The Brand YU Life’. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MTU and a MBA from Lawrence Technological University. He has been recognized as a George C. Fraser - FraserNet Top Achiever. He serves on the board of the International Detroit Black Expo, is featured in Who’s Who in Black Detroit, is a business instructor at his church, and was a youth leader for over 10 years. He resides in Michigan with his lovely wife Kasandra.
