Avil Beckford, originally from Jamaica and President of Ambeck Enterprise, is a skilled researcher, analyst and writer. A published author, her new book Tales of People Who Get It is a culmination of her research, analysis and writing skills. She has also created a companion guide, Journey to Getting It. Specifically, her experience includes conducting interviews, creating assessment tools, finding and evaluating information, synthesizing data from a variety of sources, analyzing findings, and preparing written reports. Her work for one client appeared on the front of the Wall Street Journal. Prior to starting her business, Avil worked as Director of Research for Drake Beam Morin, Inc., a multinational human services firm.
