Former bartender, cow-milker, globe-trekker, marketing manager, conultant and more turned real estate coach 2.0. I focus on bringing the best of technology and branding to agents across the country.

 My company, @properties, is an extremely forward thinking real estate company in Chicago, Illinois.  In only 8 short years, we have become the #2 real estate company in our market, closing almost $2 billion in transactions for 2007.  What makes our company incredibly special, however, is that it has been built around an incredible culture that is dedicated to fostering agent growth.

 As one of two Performance Coaches at @properties, my responsibility is to bring the most innovative ideas in technology, branding, marketing and exemplary client experience to our agent population and their business.  My blog The You Factor, bridges the gap between the most innovative of technology, software and business practices and our agents.  In short, my goal is to be the provider of solutions, from marketing campaigns to branding and development, to those that put their trust in me.

Having worked in the real estate agent coaching role for over 4 years and prior to that, coaching the top 1% of financial planners in the United States, I bring a unique blend of skills and outside perspective to the agents I work with… MY clients.
