Bio

Since 1997 Tim has been a successful business advisor and executive coach specializing in delivering services to companies whose focus is on accelerated scalability. As a proponent of sustainability, Tim works with clients on increasing individual and organizational capability in many dimensions including leadership, human performance and emotional intelligence, strategy, infrastructure, and culture.

Tim has led and managed a variety of teams and projects in the areas of integral leadership, strategic analysis, planning and execution, cultural planning, executive team alignment and a variety of organizational change initiatives. He has worked with individuals and teams from enterprise companies such as Dell Computers, National Instruments, and Motorola in addition to a number of mid-market organizations such as Data Return, MedicalEdge, History Maker Homes and higher education organizations such as the Red McCombs Business School at the University of Texas.

Prior to his business and coaching career Tim was a Field Engineer for Astronautics Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing the performance of the U.S. Army’s top secret communication systems in the Central Texas region. Additionally, Tim served as an engineer in the high tech sector for a number of years designing integrated circuits for companies such as Motorola and AMD.

From 2001-2005 Tim was a featured leadership and coaching columnist for the Austin Business Journal. His lifelong passion for human potential and peak performance brings a focus on mastery to his coaching and consulting work. He has studied with Master Teachers from several traditional yoga, martial art and meditation lineages for 25 years and is a martial arts Master himself holding black belts in multiple styles. Additionally, Tim is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
