Q. Fast Talk Question - Does preventing employee access to sites like YouTube and Facebook at work enhance or hamper productivity?

A. This is like asking whether you want to have a TV and/or radio box in every cubicle for the employee's happiness. I don't think that "feel good" sensation is ever proven to be efficiently driving...

Comment: Copycats do not win the war but only survive on others' spare. Revenue performance aside, I have no respect for this company as an innovator.
