A. For me it`s not importent that my boss should be the first one into the office in the morning and the last to leave in the evening. He works all the time enough.
Comment: It`s important the emotional atmosphere, when you feel respected, appreciated, valued and you have the best team too work. And i think the money is very important too, when you have two companys...
