Q. Fast Talk Question - Does preventing employee access to sites like YouTube and Facebook at work enhance or hamper productivity?
A. Couldn't have agreed more to Lisa Perez..It entirely depends on the people working in the organization...restrictions of any kind only result in employe resentment which can lower productivity.
