I thought this site could use a little comedy so I took a stab at what I thought were leading indicators of a FastCompany. Please feel free to Post your list or individual indicator. Drum roll please..... The Top 10 indicators your company is a FastCompany: Number 10. The conference room you tried to book last week was tied up with Fantasy Baseball Draft. Number 9. Fast Company Boards Obama Bandwagon

On my way home from work on Tuesday I listened through an entire half hour segment of NPR fawning all over the Democratic Presidential hopeful Barack Obama. I've never viewed NPR as being unbiased politically, but this was a little too much for me.

I'm really happy about the new FastCompany website. The clean design is aesthetically pleasing, and really invites people to join in. Hey, it got me to sign up!

I like the concept of being "where ideas and people meet." There really isn't a place on the web to go if you just want to discuss business and throw around ideas. Not any good place, at least. That said, I'm not sure it's such a great idea to include the LinkedIn-esque features as well, because it just confuses the concept a little bit.
