Power of Choice

What do we focus on as leaders? Research has shown we get more of what we focus on. We focus on problems. We get more problems. We focus on choices; we see more available choices. What are you focusing on today?

Leadership Choices

Leadership is about making choices. There are always trade-offs. Some choice points pass us by, and we are unaware of making a choice until we are hit with the unintended consequences of that choice.

This blog is about slowing down to notice choice points. I have a choice about how I lead myself and others. And choice is power.

Great leadership isn't an accident or a coincidence. It is a choice. What choices are you making today?
