Bail Out Bill is unconstitutional...does anyone care?

Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution says: "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives;"

Simply put, that means the $770 billion revenue raising bailout bill needs to originate in the House and that it's unconstitutional for the Senate to try and pass this bill before the House does.

Does that make any difference to our elected officials? Obviously not.

Many people are upset because a site can finally let people write down information about their own street. Some people are writing comments to neighbors and are up set. Other people are thrilled because you can finally see what streets have gang members or streets that are unsafe to live at. Real Estate agents are ok with the site while others are mad. WHY?

Mortgage bond prices rose last week pushing mortgage interest rates lower. Trading in the financial markets remained extremely volatile with wide swings in stock and oil prices. Oil prices fell sharply at the beginning of the week pushing stocks higher and pressuring rates. Stock prices fell sharply Wednesday and Thursday helping rates recover and move lower, once again giving Middle TN homes buyers another reason to buy now.

For the week, interest rates on government and conventional loans fell by about 5/8's of a discount point.
