The doughty grande dame of TV news is announcing her retirement today, after six decades in television. "It's time," she says. "I don’t want to do any more interviews. I don’t want to do any other programs. I’m not joining CNN. This is it.”
Sony's reported its financial results for the last fiscal year and they include a net profit of 43 billion yen ($458 million). That's the first profitable year since 2008.
The list includes everything from classics like Goldfinger to the perhaps not-so-classic Big Daddy. And it's all thanks to new film service Warner Archive Instant.
