The e-commerce site for everyday design wares is going analog with a new brick-and-mortar retail store--one of a few new tricks the company's founders are testing as they attempt to conquer the world's design market.
A new study from the Ponemon Institute and Nok Nok Labs claims 50% of online customers are frequently unable to complete transactions because they forgot their usernames or passwords. The report, which surveyed ecommerce users in the United States, Great Britain, and Germany, claims customers are more comfortable with one-step verification such as Facebook logins, or alternative methods such as biometrics.
