Even More of the Best Business Restaurants

By: Donna WilliamsMay 24, 2004
This edition of the Transit Authority is the third in Transit Authority's series on the best business restaurants for select U.S. cities. This week we feature restaurants in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami.

In two previous installments we covered Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, and Houston. Additional cities will be covered over the coming months.

The restaurants listed below were included in the Business Travel Almanac and selected by Gayot's team of savvy, professional restaurant critics and food and travel experts. These upscale restaurants consistently offer a business-appropriate ambiance and leave a memorable impression on customers, colleagues, and clients.

Los Angeles has some of the hippest restaurants in the country. There is no central restaurant district; great restaurants can be found in all upscale locales. Like the city, LA cuisine is a fusion of culture and creativity. Individual chefs create their own style of cooking, which may combine elements of several different cuisines. Many top restaurants have renowned chefs with unique styles. When you are making a reservation in a place with a famous chef, check to be sure he or she will be there.
