Learning 2.0 takes the loci of control from the teacher (now facilitator) and gives it to the students (now learner). Instruction changes to construction as learners build projects based on standards and best practices as well as self-selected topics integrated with the appropriate content to allow for creativity and relevance in the learning laboratory.
