Train and develop staff to be more effective executives and sales professionals. Manage multiple locations in U.S. and international Media Markets developing strategies for penetrating new Markets. Establishing and maintain significant relationships with senior level executives at advertisers, partners and agencies. Involved in developing and maintaining marketing intelligence and an understanding of market trends, client business needs, and industry reactions to the company''s initiatives.
Daily identify promotional opportunities that enhance brand awareness and increase market share including media planning (buying/selling) and placement. Interface with media creative to develop technology enhancements to facilitate new markets and better serve existing client base.
