Previously, James had a successful career within the telecom, real estate, construction and consulting industries.
From 1997 through 2005, he worked as Land Acquisition / Entitlement professional for major corporations such as Verizon and Nextel as well as other smaller real estate development entities. During this period he handled 200+ transactions.
From 1993 through 1997, James employed by Gence Corporation where he was managed the companies contracts, sales and operations.
From 1991 through 1993, he was worked for Micronomics as an Analyst.
He holds a Bachelor of Degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
