Bio and Interests: Jeffrey Marchand

I recently left the multi-national media advertising business after 15 years with Leo Burnett / Starcom Worldwide.  I left my post as SVP, GM to start a media consultancy in Toronto.  My mission is to encourage marketing departments to engage in the media area of their advertising business. Most large marketers spend millions and millions of dollars on advertising yet devote little to no internal resources to ensuring it's efficacy.  I allow them to access to a senior and passionate media advertising professional on a short to long term basis, at a fraction of the cost of a permanent staffer. It's all about protecting and enhancing their ad investments and agency relationships, and realizing the value in making media a higher priority within the organization.
