I run a small virtual
consultancy www.metamg.com focused on helping business leaders and business owners to grow,
consistent with their aspirations and values. We work with individual
leaders (coaching), and with leaders and their organizations (strategy
development, marketing, planning & execution)--and help to create fruit
from new collaborations, new innovations, and new ways of thinking, behaving, organizing and executing.

While I’ve worked within F500 companies, I have found
my professional passion lies in bringing new ventures and ideas to life. The
professional success stories of which I’m most proud include:

• Helping a high-technology materials company to bring products to
  market more than 50% faster, with lower acceptance risk;
• identifying and opening a new market for an automotive-plastics joint
  venture’s existing products;
• Supporting a startup nanotechnology company to find the “sweet
  spot” among several customer-segment options for its unique particle
  technology; and
• General-managing a start-up medical-device distribution company to
  develop a business plan, and achieve profitable first-year operations.

Personally, I'm "on
the verge" between the Boomer generation and the "Net
Generation" - am a "soccer dad", married to a mulit-career
photographer and wise-woman, and am raising a beautiful, high-octane 10 year
old boy.
