I am Andrea Goeglein, Ph.D.  I am a Media Executive, Event Organizer, CEO Advisor, Author, Organizational Psychologist, Hotel Owner, and TV guest on AM Arizona. 

As “Dr. Success” I provide a platform to enrich professionals at all stages of personal and business development; the concept of empowering choice is key to this effort. Guided by love, learning and prosperity, I offer inspirational learning experiences, teleseminars, video sharings, books and podcasts -- supported by in-person gatherings. This allows participants to expand their working knowledge of emotional intelligence and acquire techniques to enhance their mission.

I am an accredited administrator of Inscape Publishing’s DiSC Profile® and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I strive to be a visionary entrepreneur, and am sought out as an inspirational speaker.   

I use understated strength and dynamic communication and decision making to continue to build an international portfolio.  I specialize in mentoring over forty CEO’s of privately held companies – the largest employment segment in the nation. Like many before me, I started out on the "straight road" to success. I discovered that my straight road to success looked a lot more like a crooked road to fulfillment. 

I appreciate the paradox of having proudly served as a secretary, to now employing my own company’s 60+ employees and administrative assistants. Although my career was in full swing without a degree, I pursued my her education and eventually attained a Ph.D.  I have been privileged to launch many successful altruistic and charitable efforts, and I look forward to helping others achieve success in any way I can.
