As a recognized revolutionary in human capital,
Dan helps transform the way that governments recruit and hire and
designs solutions to help job seekers get better jobs faster. He has been a
major innovator at Monster, and has developed several solutions that are helping
transform human capital.

Dan works
with national, state, and local government agencies and recruiters across
North America to help them signficantly improve
their Human Capital performance.

For the past five years, Dan has
been the Monster Program Manager running USAJOBS.gov, the award-winning official
job site for the U.S. Federal government. Under his leadership, USAJOBS has
become the 5th most visited job site on the Internet, improved customer
satisfaction from 59 to 82, and driven the number of unique visitors from 7.6M
in 2002 to over 85M in 2007. The site is used by all US Federal agencies and is
a crown jewel of the US Office of Personnel Management and the White House's
eGov success.

Dan most-recently led the
development of a next-generation Monster platform that is the first online
system that learns and adapts based on job seeker behavior. The solution
integrates economic and workforce development to deliver a holistic solution to
help governments better manage and drive labor market performance. This new
platform is optimized to get job seekers off unemployment faster, and improve
their opportunities to achieve their highest career aspirations. He leads Monster efforts helping leaders in workforce and economic
development achieve breakthrough performance improvement, and leads Monster's
Government Research Services teams.

Prior to
his work at Monster, Dan led major consulting engagements with IDC, Arthur D.
Little, and CSC Index. His background in human capital, technology,
organizational learning, and business process redesign bring a holistic approach
to transformational human capital change.
