There are conflicting views over the success of yesterday's North Korean rocket launch [3].
While Pyongyang is giving it a double thumbs-up with all the trimmings [4], U.S. officials told NBC news that the satellite appears to be "tumbling out of control [5]."
Maybe that's just how North Korean satellites roll.
